Perception as Reality

From the societal disconnection comes an invitation to connect to quiet surround and to the inner workings of our own body.
Within the eye of the storm is a place of stillness and clarity, even bliss and joy. Perhaps if you're a person who struggles with your own company and not being busy, this challenging time provokes fear of disconnection, fear of self autonomy without structures of the daily routines. This can flip to another side.

How about experiencing it is a breath out and an exhaling of tensions? How about this time as an opportunity to break away from old habits, both of the mental chatter adn the body mind?

I see this time as one of teasing out tangles that have been created from a life of ‘non stop, on the go’ habitual patterns we so live by under the normal circumstances. This separating out then, whilst being closed in doesnt have to be such a threat, so frightening to our sense of self and ego. What really happens when we are faced with boredom. Do we panic or do we melt into blissful surrender?

We spend our lives problem solving and making choices and so here we to can apply logic and gratitude to see things differently. For a minute let's just try letting go of what our status quo self chatter is saying that's muddling us up, increasing fight and flight hormones, causing stress in our mind and body. How people ar reacting is personal and complicated, so mindfully inviting more empathy and kindness will help us feel more positive and calm.

… And I mean more kindness to ourself, our internal conversation too!

Take a moment to land in this place, that we are all landing into right now. It may be surprising to find that only the other side of the egoic veil is a shifting of energy into peaceful repose, grounded presence, space for showing care and consideration, excitement even that a wholly different part of you now may have a chance to get you to listen to it.

Do you notice a small voice inside you just bursting with excitment at the prospect of you hearing her or him?
